CoolCosy staff understands the challenges of those staff managing Education and Community Buildings, and the regulatory reasonability placed on them. Many buildings in this group have significant issues relating to the age and condition of the plant and equipment. To compound the problem funds are not always available to do work the preferred way.
It is most important to conduct a full asset register if not already done, and assess condition of assets. This can then be used to program properly the planned work requirements, and set budgets for the future maintenance.
Our considerable experience in these buildings enables us to pre-empt issues, and avoid unnecessary disturbance to the buildings function. We use specialist equipment to avoid guess work including, thermal image cameras, underground service locators, gas leakage detectors, energy monitors, temperature/humidity recorders.
